Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("ToS") carefully before using the SoundBar macOS application ("App") provided by Hannes Jung (referred to as "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these ToS.

Use and Restrictions:

• The App is intended for personal use only and should not be used for any illegal activities.
• The App is meant to control Sonos speakers that you own or are allowed to control.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

Purchase and Pricing:

The App is sold as a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions: buying the App gives you access to all of its features.

The price is shown on the Mac App Store before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and is processed entirely by Apple; the Developer does not process or store your payment information. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

Sonos Speakers and Services:

The App requires Sonos speakers. It controls them over your local network or, if you choose to sign in, through the Sonos cloud using your Sonos account. Use of your Sonos account is also subject to Sonos's terms. The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sonos, Inc. Changes made by Sonos to its speakers, software, or services may affect how the App works, and the Developer cannot guarantee that every feature remains available.

App Store Terms:

The App is distributed through the Apple Mac App Store, and your use of it is also subject to the applicable terms and conditions set forth by Apple.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these ToS.
